4. Installation & Maintenance Guidance

  • Ensure housing and shaft shoulders meet minimum/maximum dimensions (e.g. Da_max ≈ 249.8 mm; da_min ≈ 180.2 mm) to avoid interference.

  • Maintain sufficient clearance / avoid excessive preload when fitting; note the C3 clearance.

  • Use proper lubricant, follow recommended relubrication interval. Don’t overfill.

  • Early operation: monitor temperature, vibration, and noise.

  • Use correct mounting tools/practice to prevent damage, especially avoid shocks to the raceways or rollers.
